Back at the riad kitchen, your local chef teaches you to prepare a full traditional meal: a slow-cooked tagine, hand-rolled couscous, khobz bread baked in a clay oven, and a fresh Moroccan salad. You finish with mint tea and pastries, eating the meal you have prepared together. Every guest receives a recipe booklet to recreate the dishes at home. No cooking experience is needed — just an appetite.

Market Visit – Cooking Class – Shared Meal
Meet your chef at the riad in the Marrakech medina at 09:00 and walk together to a nearby market to buy fresh vegetables, herbs, and spices, learning how Moroccans select their ingredients. Return to the riad kitchen and begin the hands-on class: prepare a traditional tagine, hand-roll couscous, mix and knead khobz bread, and make a fresh Moroccan salad. Bake the bread in a clay oven while the tagine simmers. Sit down together to eat the meal you have prepared, served with mint tea and Moroccan pastries. Receive your recipe booklet and finish around 14:00.
