About this trip
The 6 Days Atlas Mountains & Berber Culture trek is a cultural journey designed for walkers who want to truly understand the people of the High Atlas as much as the landscape. Over six days you traverse the Ait Mizane, Imnane, and Azzaden valleys, crossing gentle high passes and sleeping each night in a different Berber village guesthouse. Along the way your guide arranges visits with local families, a traditional bread-baking demonstration, a Berber cooking class, and a meeting with the village elders. With moderate walking of 4–6 hours a day and no extreme altitude, this trek is perfect for curious travellers who want a meaningful connection with Atlas mountain culture.
