Day-by-day itinerary
Marrakech – Imlil – Berber Cooking Class – Terrace Lunch – Marrakech
Pick-up from your Marrakech accommodation and drive (about 1.5 hours) to the village of Imlil. Walk a short distance to a traditional Berber home, where your local cook welcomes you with mint tea. Learn to prepare a classic Moroccan menu from scratch: a slow-cooked lamb or chicken tagine, hand-rolled couscous, traditional khobz bread baked in a clay oven, and a fresh seasonal salad. Your guide explains the spices and techniques behind each dish. After the class, sit down to enjoy the meal you prepared on a terrace overlooking the Atlas valley. Walk back to Imlil and transfer to Marrakech in the afternoon.
